We want you to love your KAAVAS fragrance. Please review our policy carefully.

General Return Policy

Due to the nature of perfume products, opened or used fragrances are NOT eligible for return or exchange except in cases of shipping damage or wrong product delivery.

Eligible for Return/Refund

Damaged, Broken, or Leaking Products

If your product arrives damaged, broken, or leaking:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photos of the damage
  • Include unboxing video (if available)
  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund

Wrong Product Delivered

If you received a different fragrance than ordered:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
  • Provide order number and photos of received product
  • Product must be unopened and unused
  • We will arrange exchange or full refund

NOT Eligible for Return

  • Opened or used perfume bottles
  • Products with broken seals
  • Change of mind after opening the product
  • Dislike of fragrance after use
  • Products without original packaging

Refund Processing

Prepaid Orders

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 15 working days after receiving the returned product.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Refunds will be processed to your bank account within 4-7 working days. Please provide your bank details.

Note: Delivery charges are non-refundable except in cases of damaged or wrong products delivered by us.

Order Cancellation

Before Dispatch

Orders can be cancelled before shipment. A 2.5% payment gateway fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

After Dispatch

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Please refer to our return policy above.
