Our return policy is designed to be fair and transparent. Please read the following conditions for returns and refunds:
Returns
Due to the personal and hygienic nature of fragrance products, we do not accept returns on opened bottles. We offer a Discovery Set so you can try all our fragrances before committing to a full-size bottle.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a product that is damaged during transit or is defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a free replacement for you. Please provide:
- Your order number
- Photos or a short unboxing video showing the damage
Refunds
Once your request is approved for a return (e.g. unopened and returned within 7 days), we will process your refund to the original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
